Stemming from a rich legacy rooted in Prestige Ltd, established in 1995, the company has evolved from its humble beginnings in painting and decorating to a trusted name in multi-trade building services across the Central North Island.
We understand the challenges many New Zealanders face in accessing affordable, quality housing in today's market. Our approach is deeply personal, driven by a passion to provide healthy homes without compromising excellence. Derisa sums it up perfectly: "Our purpose is to get whānau in whare, reducing costs without compromise at every possible stage of production to make the dream of homeownership a reality."

Lyndon is a family man, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His background in painting and decorating brings a well-rounded set of skills and expertise to the Prestige Modular Smart Homes team. One of Lyndon’s greatest strengths, lies in bringing people together, building a culture and strong team spirit within our team, contractors, clients and customers. With a hands-on approach, he is truly passionate about seeing New Zealanders being able to live out the kiwi dream and helping to provide families a place to call home.
About Derisa
A busy Mum and Nana, multitasking extraordinaire, and style queen, Derisa's remarkable vision paved the way for Prestige Smart Homes, born from the parent company, Prestige Ltd. With rising living costs and the high demand for accommodation, Derisa took pen to paper making it her mission to help get more New Zealanders into healthy and affordable homes. Together with Lyndon, they make an unbeatable team, driving our commitment and dedication to bringing the Kiwi dream to life!

Shon brings a solid foundation of building expertise to our team. Launching his career in construction in 2009, Shon has cultivated an impressive portfolio, working with industry giants like Fletchers and Brian Perry to construct vital infrastructure, including bridges for the Wellington motorway upgrades. His journey with us began three years ago at Prestige Ltd, before making the leap to Prestige Modular Smart Homes. At the helm of operations, Shon leverages his extensive background to innovate and drive excellence in every project we undertake.

Brook brings a unique combination of IT expertise and a strong desire to help whānau into healthy, affordable homes. This blend of skills and passion made him an ideal choice for spearheading our steel frame roll forming operations. Brook not only masters the operation of this critical machinery but also takes the lead in training our staff, ensuring seamless integration of this technology into our building process. His role is pivotal in enabling us to construct durable, affordable homes efficiently, embodying our mission to provide sustainable living solutions.
