Step 1
Choose your plan
Begin by selecting from our existing one or two-bedroom designs, or let us create a custom design just for you. We'll schedule a meeting to dive into your preferences, needs and location, aiming to craft the perfect solution for you. Once we've honed in on your ideal plan, we'll provide a detailed quote and contract for your review.
Step 2
Construction
With the contract signed, the construction of your new home starts in our purpose-built factory. This controlled environment ensures quality and precision.
Once materials have arrived, the build process typically takes just 4-6 weeks. Want to visit the factory and check out the progress of your build? Simply contact us to make an appointment.
Step 3
Delivery
Upon completion of the factory build, your new home is then delivered to site on an agreed upon date. We’re almost there…
